Two nights ago I had a dream visit. The spirit did not appear as him self but as someone I knew that he felt was similar to his self when he was living. In my dream he communicated to me (my physical self, face to face with him) that he was sad, and hopeless. He told me he had a plan to commit suicide the next day. Time passed in my dream and he went some place else. It was the next day and I remembered what he had told me the day before. I was trying to run and save him but there was a mess in front of the door and it took a few extra seconds to move around it to the front door (not of my house, and not of a house that I have ever even seen before). As soon as I was out the door, before I even had a chance to close it I heard a bang and he had shot himself through his temple. I ran to the car and put my arms around him crying and asking him why. He was dead but his spirit was still talking to me as if he was alive. He told me he was sorry but he feels better now. There wasnt blood everywhere either - I think this was because the spirit didn't want to picture himself that way. I just remember having my arms around him feeling so much sorrow and love for him at the same time. I know these were not my feelings, so I wonder who I was feeling when I felt that. The night before he shot him self, shortly after he told me he was going to, I told one of my friends his plan. After he killed himself she was very mad at me for not getting there in time to stop him. I havent had anymore contact with this spirit through dream visits, but I believe he did come last night. I was really tired so I ignored it.

I was sleeping on the couch, not in a light sleep when i started having a sleep paralysis episode. many people think that sleep paralysis is related to the paranormal. Its when part of your brain or bodies still sleeping and part of it is awake. you cant move your body at all but you can look around the room. when i have sleep paralysis i feel like a spirit it trying to communicate with me. i can usually tell when its about to happen but i cant do anything about it. sometimes i cant even open my eyes. i felt the energy of the spirit over me, then to the side of me then i felt it sit on the couch and put its arm on my side, like it was sitting with me. then i heard something along the lines of "i want to show you something" or " i can show you anything" am not sure which one is was but it was about showing me something. i felt my body get stiff and i started to have what felt like a mini seizure. i but my tongue and cheeks a lot and i couldnt control it. i dont remember being showed a message by the spirit but i remember feeling like it was trying to make me see something. some people may be skeptical about sleep paralysis being paranormal but i believe that there is a scientific reason and a paranormal reason for sleep paralysis. i know what i felt and i know what i heard.

Nothing new has happened since the last thing except i felt something looking at me last night while i was in bed, i turned the lights on and said a protection prayer and it went away.
